Before initiating a return, we encourage you to reach out to our specialist support team via Live Chat or email. Whether you need guidance on application or require additional supplies to perfect your installation, we are often able to resolve issues immediately without the need for a return shipment.

2. How to Initiate a Return (14-Day Window)

If a solution cannot be reached and a return is necessary, please follow our official protocol within 14 days of receiving your order:

  • Contact Support: Email us at support@cabritex.com with your order number.
  • Review Process: Our fulfillment team will review your request. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
  • Authorized Instructions: Once the request is reviewed, our fulfillment team will provide you with specific return instructions and the appropriate return address for your region.

3. Return Conditions & Quality Control

Due to the specialized nature of CabriTex™ products, we maintain strict quality standards:

  • Usage: Items that have been used, applied, or altered cannot be returned unless they are defective.
  • Damaged Goods: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
  • Shipping & Tracking: All return shipping costs and tracking are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked international courier service.
